Terms of Use
These terms describe the practical rules for using Syncrize and set expectations around informational content, third-party links, and service availability.
Use of the site
Syncrize is provided as a public website for general informational and convenience purposes. You may use the site only in a lawful manner and in a way that does not interfere with the site, its infrastructure, or other visitors.
Accounts and saved results
An account is optional. Every tool on Syncrize works fully without one. A free account adds one reusable roster and one active league or live board; saved results, player tracking, and additional organizer workspaces require Premium (see Subscriptions and billing below). Accounts can be created with email or Google Sign-In, whose use is also governed by Google's own terms.
You are responsible for the Google account used to sign in and for anything saved under your Syncrize account. Do not save content you do not have the right to store, and do not use saved results to hold sensitive personal information about other people — the feature is intended for tool inputs such as team rosters, brackets and standings.
If you publish a link to a board or a league, you are choosing to make that content available to anyone who has the link, and you are responsible for having the right to share the names and results it contains. Published pages ask search engines not to index them, but a link you have shared can be passed on by anyone who receives it. You can turn a published link off at any time.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You can delete any saved result, or your entire account, at any time from the saved results page; deletion is permanent.
- Saved results are provided as a convenience, not as a backup service. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
- Syncrize may limit how many results one account can store, and may suspend or remove an account being used to abuse the site or its infrastructure.
Subscriptions and billing
Syncrize Premium is an optional paid subscription that expands the free organizer allowance and adds saved tool results and player tracking. It does not unlock, change or improve any calculator, finder or generator: every tool returns its complete result free of charge, with no account and no subscription.
Subscriptions are sold and fulfilled by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle's buyer terms govern the transaction itself, including payment, tax and invoicing. Cancellations and refunds are described on the refund policy page.
- A subscription renews automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel it.
- You can cancel at any time from your saved results page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the period already paid for ends, and no partial-period refund is implied.
- Prices shown on the site are indicative; the amount charged, its currency and any tax are determined by Paddle at checkout for your location.
- If a payment fails, access to saving may be suspended until the payment method is updated.
- Deleting your account does not by itself cancel an active subscription — cancel it first.
Recommendations and no warranty
Tool outputs, sizing suggestions, benchmark ranges, standings snapshots, seeding scenarios, and supporting content are offered as general informational guidance only. Syncrize does not guarantee that any recommendation or result will match your exact needs, remain current, or stay free from source changes, availability changes, or upstream data issues.
The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Third-party links and merchant content
Syncrize may link to external merchants, official league or conference sources, and other third-party services. Those third-party sites, products, listings, standings, prices, reviews, rules, and policies are outside Syncrize control.
- Syncrize is not responsible for transactions completed on third-party sites.
- External products, availability, pricing, standings, schedules, and rules context may change after a page is viewed.
- Visitors should review merchant terms, return policies, product details, and official competition information before making purchasing or sports-related decisions.
Changes
Syncrize may update these terms, the site content, or the available tools over time. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms then in effect.
