Information Syncrize currently handles

Syncrize is a public sports tools website focused on practical calculators, sizing guides, benchmark tools, and standings utilities. Browsing pages and using the core tools never requires registration or an account; an optional free account adds one reusable roster and one active league or live board.

When you use interactive tools on Syncrize, some selections or form inputs may be stored locally in your browser to preserve progress, restore tool state, or make it easier to revisit a result page.

Optional accounts and saved results

Syncrize offers an optional free account, created by signing in with Google. Creating one is never required: every tool on this site returns a complete result without an account, without signing in, and without any personal information.

If you sign in, Syncrize stores the name, email address, profile picture link and account identifier that Google provides. Signing in with Google also means Google receives the fact that you signed in to Syncrize, under its own privacy policy; Syncrize never receives your Google password.

A signed-in account can also hold saved rosters (a named list of team or player names), players you track together with the readings you log for them, and leagues containing their teams, results and a dated history of the standings table. All of it is information you enter yourself, and all of it is private to your account unless you choose to publish a link (see below).

When you choose to save a result, Syncrize stores the link that reproduces it, together with a title and the date it was saved. Because tools keep their state in the link, a saved result can include values you typed into that tool, such as team or player names. Saved results are private to the account that saved them: they are not published, not shown to other visitors, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties.

A tool result is stored only when you are signed in and choose to save it.
Saved rosters, players and leagues are created by you and store what you enter: team and player names, results you log, and readings you record.
Once you create a live link or publish a league, that page updates on its own as you change the underlying board or log new results — you do not have to press save again for the link to keep showing your current data.
Viewing one of your own league pages records a dated copy of that league table, so the page can show what moved since the previous day.
You can rename or delete anything you have saved at any time, download everything your account holds as a file, and delete your account outright, which permanently removes all of it.

Links you choose to publish

Syncrize lets you create a link that shows a board or a league to anyone who has it. Creating one is always your decision and nothing is published until you make that choice.

A published page is not listed anywhere on Syncrize, is not included in the site map, and asks search engines not to index it. It is reachable by anyone who has the link, so treat it the way you would treat any link you send to a group: what is on the page is whatever you have entered, which can include team and player names.

You can turn a published link off at any time from your account. Anyone who opens it afterwards is told the link was turned off rather than seeing your data, and turning it off does not delete anything from your account.

While a link is on, Syncrize counts how many times it has been opened and when it was last opened, so you can see whether it is being used. Syncrize also records a random first-party visitor identifier with that product event so it can measure whether shared viewers later create something of their own; it does not store their name, email address, IP address, or the contents of the shared board in that event.

Payments

Syncrize Premium is sold through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues your invoice. Card numbers and billing details are entered into Paddle's own checkout and never reach Syncrize servers.

Syncrize receives back only what is needed to know that an account is subscribed: a customer and subscription identifier, the plan, its status and its renewal or end date. Paddle processes your payment information under its own privacy policy as an independent controller.

Cancelling stops the renewal; access continues until the period you have already paid for runs out. You can cancel or change your card from your saved results page at any time.

Cookies this site sets

Syncrize sets a small number of first-party cookies that are needed to operate and improve the site. A session cookie and a cross-site request forgery token are set for all visitors; a random visitor identifier connects key product actions across visits without storing an IP address or the values entered into a tool. If you sign in and ask to stay signed in, an additional cookie keeps that session alive. These cookies are not shared with advertisers.

Signing out clears the sign-in cookies. Browser storage used by individual tools is separate from cookies and is described below.

Analytics

Syncrize uses Google Analytics on the live site to understand which pages and tools get used. It reports aggregate visit data such as page paths, approximate location, device type and referring source.

The part of a tool link that stores your inputs — everything after the "#" — is deliberately stripped before anything is sent to analytics, so team names, player names and other values you type into a tool are never included in analytics data.

Syncrize also keeps a limited first-party product-event log for the account journey: account creation, first saved roster, workspace creation and updates, link publishing and viewing, upgrade prompts, checkout, and subscription lifecycle changes. These records use internal account or random visitor identifiers and small operational fields such as workspace type and source; they exclude tool contents, names entered into tools, email addresses, full referring URLs, IP addresses, and payment-card data.

How long information is kept

Everything your account holds — saved results, rosters, players and their readings, leagues and their history, and any links you have published — is kept until you delete it or delete your account. Deleting your account removes all of it, including product events linked to the account, and any published link stops working immediately. Anonymous product events are kept for no more than 400 days. Server request logs are short-lived and used only for delivery, debugging, uptime and abuse prevention.

If you would like access to, correction of, or deletion of information held about you and cannot do it from the saved results page, use the contact page and Syncrize will action it.

Browser storage and technical processing

Interactive sports tools may store state in browser-managed storage on your device. Depending on the tool, that local state can include sizing inputs, sport or position selections, development inputs such as age or velocity, or other tool settings needed to keep the experience usable.

Like most websites, Syncrize may also process standard technical request data on the server side, such as IP address, request headers, timestamps, or basic logs, for site delivery, debugging, uptime, and abuse prevention.

What Syncrize does not do

Syncrize does not sell personal information, and does not use saved results or account details for advertising.
Syncrize does not set advertising cookies of its own or run cross-site advertising trackers across the site.
Syncrize does not require an account to use any tool, and does not lock a tool result behind signing in or behind a subscription.
No payment is taken on Syncrize itself; a subscription is bought through Paddle's checkout, and outbound product links send visitors to third-party merchants.

Third-party destinations

If you follow an external link, including a merchant link or an official conference or league source, the destination site will operate under its own privacy policy and terms. Syncrize is not responsible for how third-party sites collect, store, or use information after you leave this site.

The third-party services Syncrize itself relies on are Google Sign-In, used only if you choose to create an account, Google Analytics, described above, and Paddle, used only if you buy a subscription. Google and Paddle each operate under their own privacy policies.
